Brody Wilkinson PC, a mid-sized Fairfield County law firm with a significant corporate and transactional practice, seeks an associate attorney to join its Business group. The ideal candidate would have 1 to 5 years of experience handling transactional matters (such as financings, real estate purchases and sales and M&A) and drafting corporate documents (such as LLC operating agreements, acquisition agreements, loan documents, leases and general contracts).
