Description:
The Generative & Multimedia Video Editor/Animator will report to the Head of Production and support the creation of digital content. CVS Health's internal ad agency, Heart Haus, creates captivating content for a wide range of platforms. The Video Editor & 2D Animator will execute the vision of our creative teams through video editing and motion graphics. The right candidate will have high standards in quality and visual storytelling, and the ability to execute ideas from marketing materials and social content to corporate communications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create high quality videos across a wide range of platforms including, but not limited to, marketing materials, social content, and corporate communications.
- Animate 2D motion graphics to brand standards, illustrating ideas effectively.
- Leverage AI tools to support creative storytelling and enhance workflow efficiency.
- At your heart, you are a storyteller and bring that viewpoint to every project in service to the brand.
- Knowledge of social platform trends and emerging video technologies.
- Color grading and audio mix to brand guidelines and delivery specs.
- Collaborate with the production and creative departments and address necessary direction and feedback from all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while also meeting project deadlines.
- Assist in archiving and organizing media assets and support the Senior Video Editor/Animator.
- Strong team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- If you have shooting skills this is a plus!
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing or post production house)
- 3+ years of hands-on creation of engaging video content for marketing, social media and other platforms
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with creating motion graphics in 2D
- Experience with imerging AI tools, such as Firefly, VO3 and Runway
- Fluent in social media trends and the landscape in general.
- Proven design experience for social media and all digital platforms, including; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Web
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and the deadline-oriented environment
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
