Position Summary
The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest-growing business units, bridging retail and healthcare. We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the development and execution of CVS's public benefit offerings, with a specific focus on WIC, SNAP/EBT, and other directed spend programs. This role will play a critical part in managing the day-to-day operations of the WIC program, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving insights that shape CVS's strategy in the directed spend space.
Key Responsibilities
- WIC Program Management: Oversee daily operations of the WIC program, including item eligibility, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with inventory, supply chain, digital product, marketing, and store operations to ensure seamless execution of benefit programs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze program performance, identify trends, and prepare insights for leadership.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive and regulatory research to inform strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support internal and external communications, including presentations and updates for leadership and partners.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
- Detail-oriented with experience managing operational workflows.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with public benefit programs (WIC, SNAP/EBT)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, operations, healthcare, retail, government programs, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days/week in Woonsocket, RI, New York, or Boston office.
- Limited travel may be required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
