Description

QEO Insurance Group is looking for an attorney who resides anywhere in Texas with 7+ years of experience defending personal injury cases. The candidate MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS of commercial auto negligence experience as all cases will involve defending QEO Insurance Group's insureds, who/which will consist solely of trucking companies and their drivers. The candidate must also have taken multiple depositions of both liability and damages experts and defended corporate representative depositions. No first party property work is required.

This position is completely remote and no billing is required. QEO offers excellent benefits including FULLY PAID health insurance for the employee (not including added family members) as well as competitive paid time off and other benefits such as 401k(matching).

QEO attorneys are not micro-managed and we are seeking a strong candidate who can work independently and remotely with a team which includes a 1:1 ratio legal assistant to attorney as well as a paralegal. All paralegals currently working at QEO can prepare medical chronologies and summaries and deal with disclosures and discovery.
