Position Summary
As a Client Audit Senior Analyst, you will be in a Client facing project management position that is responsible for coordinating, managing, and assisting with commercial client audits as assigned. In this position you will work closely with various 3rd party consultants and auditors, client account teams, legal and trade areas to ensure the minimal disruption to the business. You will be responsible for the timely and satisfactory resolution of exceptions identified during the audit process. In this position will also be expected to identify process enhancement opportunities to reduce or eliminate risk of future client audit exceptions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of overall work experience.
• 1 or more years of experience in project management, PBM, pharmacy, and/or audit role.
• 1 or more years of Excel, Word and Outlook experience in a professional or academic setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service/ client facing experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and deal with a dynamic environment and effectively manage projects from imitation to conclusion.
• Experience working with RxClaim/AS400.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
