We are a Rhode Island real estate and private lending law practice seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to support transactional matters. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating closings, preparing documents, and managing communication among clients, lenders, brokers, and municipal offices.

Requirements

Assist with residential and commercial real estate closings.

Prepare closing documents, ALTA/HUD/CD settlement statements, and escrow instructions.

Coordinate payoffs, discharges, municipal lien certificates, title updates, and recordings.

Draft and organize documents related to entity formation, operating agreements, and membership transfers.

Maintain transaction timelines, track deliverables, and manage file organization.
