Position Summary
The Pharmacy Intake Innovation team is a dynamic group within Retail Store Operations, focused on supporting business needs and retail colleagues while upholding regulatory and compliance standards. We are passionate about designing innovative solutions that improve workflows and enhance the colleague experience.
As a Manager, Pharmacy Intake Innovation, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing solutions to address business challenges. You will collaborate across departments to drive interoperability through the adoption of ePrescribing standards and support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. This role requires a strong collaborator and influencer with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Tactical Project Execution
- Collaborate on the creation and execution of strategic roadmaps.
- Execute project plans with minimal supervision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Regulatory, and Product Development.
- Communicate project plans, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Field Support & Communication
- Assist in writing field communications and managing communication touchpoints.
- Create field-facing materials for leadership meetings and conferences.
- Support the development of effective communication strategies for new programs.
Analytics & Insights
- Evaluate reporting and analysis to support progress tracking and decision-making.
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of personal integrity and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel, up-to-25%, based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a retail and/or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of change management techniques.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or knowledge.
- Expertise in NCPDP ePrescribing standards.
- Knowledge in Gen AI and Machine Learning.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
