Litigation Attorney – Asbestos, Pollution and Other Latent Liabilities

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, NH) or Remote

RiverStone is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience in complex, high-exposure litigation, or insurance coverage This strategic role focuses on defending affiliates, resolving exposures on commercially reasonable terms, and navigating novel liability theories and emerging claim trends.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategy and resolution for complex litigation and insurance coverage matters
• Deliver timely, positive outcomes for RiverStone affiliates
• Manage outside counsel and internal resources effectively
• Provide legal counsel on high-exposure claims and emerging liabilities
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee outside counsel and internal support teams
• May include travel

What You Bring

• Juris Doctorate and bar admission in any U.S. state or D.C.
• Proven litigation and insurance coverage expertise
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results
• Financial training or CPCU coursework a plus
