Position Summary:
Program Start Date: July 13, 2026
Location: Hartford, CT; Woonsocket, RI; New York, NY; Irving, TX; Buffalo Grove, IL; Scottsdale, AZ
Starting Salary: $90,000
Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
Locations: This program has positions available at multiple office locations across the country and offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in the office (hybrid arrangement). These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices with fellow program professionals. Should you accept a position in this program, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your final work location will be shared with you closer to your start date. About this business area:
CVS Health's Ventures, Experience, and Technology organization is seeking emerging talent for the Innovation & Technology Leadership Development Program (InnoTech LDP). The InnoTech LDP accelerates talent development through organization-wide rotational experience, extensive training opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.
Following a cohort-based model, the incoming LDP class will be a small community of motivated and talented individuals seeking to transform the healthcare landscape through digital, data, analytics, and technological innovations and practices. This two-year rotational program (three 8-month rotations) will help jump-start your career at CVS Health, providing you with a broad range of skills, knowledge, and experiences.
Program Highlights:
The InnoTech LDP offers an opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high-energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who want to be on the ground floor of technological innovation that aims to reinvent what a healthcare company can be.
In this full-time development program, participants are matched to an important role in the Ventures, Experience, and Technology organization. Rotation placements are assigned based on business needs, interests, and/or previous experiences. Opportunities may include:
Technology Product Management (Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Lead, etc.)
Dedicated cohort training, mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership
Locations & Relocation:
CVS Health follows a hybrid work model, providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices with fellow program professionals. Should you accept a position in this program, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your final work location will be shared with you closer to your start date. Office locations available for this program include: Hartford, CT; Woonsocket, RI; New York, NY; Irving, TX; Buffalo Grove, IL; Scottsdale, AZ. Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who are eligible and may need to move more than 50 miles.
Required Qualifications
- Meet educational requirements (see Education section)
- Have a willingness to relocate
- Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school- or work-related projects
- Demonstrated project management capabilities - highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Examples include leading a school- or work-related project from start to finish
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis skills, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to synthesize large amounts of information and identify cause-effect relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or work experience in a related field such as healthcare technology or business technology
- Interest in the technological innovation of the healthcare industry
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts, including cloud and AI/ML.
- General consumer experience and journey for their respective product and/or experience.
- Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft products (e.g., Office, Teams, Edge, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Azure)
- Experience with Work Management/Collaboration (e.g. Jira, Rally, Miro, Figma, Slack, Confluence) and/or methodologies (Six Sigma, XP, Scrum, Kanban)
- Demonstrates the ability to anticipate and understand the customer facing problem, analyze problems, and think critically about potential solutions.
- Skilled in translating stakeholder needs and communicating complex technical concepts in business language, utilizing various methodologies to gather and prioritize requirements, and ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives for successful product delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace an Agile mindset, effectively adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong written communication, and oral presentation skills
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure and prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, develop relationships across diverse teams, and facilitate clear communication.
- Works well within a team environment, sharing ideas, seeking feedback, being open to new perspectives, and actively participating in team discussions.
Education
- Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Have an anticipated completion of a bachelor's degree program between the following dates (January 2025 through August 2026) or equivalent experience
- Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Management, Healthcare Information Systems, UX/UI design or related fields or related fields

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$61,800.00 - $148,320.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
