Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior member service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Responsible for supervising the daily outside service operation and holding the team accountable. - Responsible for training, scheduling, and conflict resolution. - Provides sincere and courteous service to all members with items such as bag handling and club cleaning, range organization, and all member request within reason. - Assists in educating members regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth. - Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day. - Cleans members clubs upon completion of play and on the practice facility. - Maintains accurate records of member play. - Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and cart storage area including bag room. - Assists in the setup and execution of golf events. - Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area. - Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition. - Prepare golf carts for play following club standards. - Assists members by changing their golf spikes, if needed, and providing shoe cleaning service. - Directs start of play when necessary. - Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. - Performs other duties as required.

Experience Required

**Minimum Qualifications of Outside Services Supervisor:** - High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training. **Other Qualifications:** - Regular and reliable attendance.
