Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Litigation Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston

We are seeking an attorney to join our Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in either Connecticut or Boston, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in bankruptcy or in commercial litigation with an interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work. Candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a client service mindset and strong case management skills. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Prior clerkship experience is preferred but not required.  To apply, please click here.
