Finnegan’s Bio/Pharm Practice Group is seeking an attorney for our Boston office to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience: running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys; working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; handling large clients with big portfolios globally; and leading client meetings.

A science background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies is required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office.

Annual Salary Range

$235,000 - $435,000
